In 2010, Katherine successfully converted the College’s HTML newsletter, Communiqué into a blog. This format provides a modern design, easy navigation and the integration of social media tools for sharing. By choosing the Blogger platform by Google, Katherine has been able to easily guide College departments in submitting articles and having an external voice. Since the conversion, readership has increased, article content has improved and the blog has become a new source of traffic to the College website.
